1. Who is responsible for your data
AI-Proof (the "Site", the "Products") is operated by Kiwiplus, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("Kiwiplus", "we", "us", "our"). Contact: hello@aiproofhq.com.
We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended) and, where they apply to you, other privacy laws such as the EU/UK GDPR.
2. What we collect

3. Legal bases
We process your data with your consent (email list, cookies), to perform our contract with you (delivering Products), to meet legal obligations (accounting/tax records) and for our legitimate interests (security, improving our service). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Emails
When you request the free guide you join our email list. We'll send the guide, a short welcome series, a weekly newsletter and occasional offers for our paid Products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
5. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
The Site works without tracking cookies. If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and sends Meta Platforms information about your visit (for example, pages viewed, whether you signed up or started checkout) so we can measure our ads and show them to relevant audiences. If you click "Decline", the Pixel is not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. Learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy.
6. Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run AI-Proof, under appropriate agreements:
- Stripe — payments and receipts
- MailerLite — email list and delivery
- Netlify — website hosting
- Meta Platforms — ad measurement (only with your consent)
- Our professional advisers and authorities where required by law
7. International transfers
Some of these providers store data outside Malaysia (for example in the United States or the EU). Where we transfer data abroad we rely on the providers' safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as permitted by applicable law.
8. How long we keep it
Email list data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it (plus a short period to record your opt-out). Purchase and accounting records: for as long as Malaysian law requires (generally 7 years). Support emails: up to 2 years.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@aiproofhq.com and we'll respond within the time required by law. You may also complain to Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP) or your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We use reputable providers, HTTPS and access controls to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of a data breach where required by law.
11. Children
The Site and Products are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 18.
12. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Significant changes will be announced by email.
