1. Who we are
AI-Proof (the "Site", the "Products") is operated by Kiwiplus, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("Kiwiplus", "we", "us", "our"). Contact: hello@aiproofhq.com.
By using the Site, signing up for our emails or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
2. The Products
- Free guide — 10 Jobs AI Is Changing Fastest and What To Do Instead (PDF), provided free in exchange for joining our email list.
- AI-Proof Guide — AI-Proof: What To Do If You Fear AI Will Replace Your Job (2027 and Beyond), a 47-page downloadable PDF, US$27 one-time.
- Guide + Monthly Updates ("Membership") — the AI-Proof Guide, new editions while subscribed, and a monthly update delivered by email (typically a short PDF), US$12 per month until cancelled.
Products are digital and delivered electronically (download link and/or email), normally immediately after payment. If you don't receive your access within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then email us.
3. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees, which are outside our control. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
4. Membership billing and cancellation
The Membership renews automatically every month on the same date and is charged to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@aiproofhq.com or using the link in your Stripe receipt email. Cancellation stops future payments; you keep access to anything already delivered. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that applies to you.
6. Licence and permitted use
All Products and Site content are © Keegan Woon / Kiwiplus. When you buy a Product we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, read, print and use it for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, or create derivative products from it. The free guide may be shared in its complete, unedited form.
7. Educational information only — no guarantees of results
The Products are general educational information. They are not personalised career, legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Research figures are quoted from the named sources as at the time of writing; projections are estimates about large groups of workers, not predictions about you. Business cost ranges are rough illustrations, not quotes. We do not guarantee any job outcome, income or business result. Your results depend on your situation, effort and market conditions. Check local laws, licensing and tax rules and speak to a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.
8. Third-party links and tools
The Products and Site link to third-party websites, research and AI tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or terms. Follow your employer's policies and never put confidential data into AI tools you aren't authorised to use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwiplus and Keegan Woon are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of income, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site — for example by attempting unauthorised access, scraping, or submitting false information. We may refuse service or cancel access for breach of these Terms (with a pro-rata refund where required by law).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. Material changes affecting Members will be notified by email.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where they live.
